  • Two hour planning meeting 45 days out to discuss your timeline, décor, processional, and vendor team

  • Detailed and customized day-of timeline for you and your wedding party

  • Customized checklist of final to-do items in the month leading up to your wedding 

  • Final confirmation of all vendors, including a full detailed timeline and any necessary instructions 

  • Main point of contact for all vendors in the month leading up to, and on the day of your wedding

  • Attendance at the final walkthrough with your venue and all relevant vendors (as needed)

the day of

  • Coordination and management of a one-hour wedding rehearsal, to take place no more than one week prior to your wedding day

  • Minimum of two Out West Events coordinators on the day of your wedding 

  • 10 hours of on-site coordination on your wedding day to include the set up of all fully assembled wedding day décor pieces, coordination and timeline management for your vendor team, management of your day-of timeline including all wedding day cues, and breakdown of all décor at the end of the night

  • Vendor payment and tip distribution on the day of your wedding 

  • Collection of gifts and cards to be placed in a safe and secure location at the end of the night

  • Full access to day-of bridal emergency kit
